Do you keep backups?
You are responsible for your backups and web content.
We create our own weekly and daily backups of all content on our servers and we can restore from those. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep your content safe. We make no guarantees about our weekly backups, and we do require a $15 fee to restore your site from those backups.
On the Dedicated Servers, we do not make any backups. You can partition space on your hard drive for backups, or purchase a new hard drive for backups.
We will NOT provide a script that backs up your site (such as for cron jobs).How do I restore my own backup?
A partial backup can be restored in cPanel, the same place where you made the backup.
A full backup must be restored by the root user for the server. We will restore your full backups for a fee. Simply fill out a support ticket requesting this.
